Was looking at outdoor shoes, asked someone for assistance, he said he would send someone over, 15 minutes no one showed. Store dead and staff just standing around chatting. Will never shop at this store again. When I left told staff member about my complaint and he could not care. Pathetic customer service!

Absolutely shocking service. Asked for 2 sizes in shoes that didn't fit so went and asked for a bigger size and was completely ignored and went and helped someone else who asked for help after myself. To be quite frank that was quite rude

I come to the Bury store quite often, staff are always pleasant & helpful,at the weekend I bought a pair of walking boots , sadly my first excursion out in them they let water in :( so back to The Bury store I went - apologies & please have a look for an alternative boot or accept a refund , so I have to say a productive... read full comment
