Royal Mail is frustrating my life. I have left instructions on my account I’ve sent an email with directions for my delivery as my address is difficult to access and yet they keep doing the same thing ignoring all my instructions. Royal Mail have had their day. This place is pathetic and stuck in the 1980s. Don't care about letters. Just parcels. Which always get lost or are late. High staff turn over. I get a new clueless Driver most weeks. Managers are all Bald and wear too much aftershave or are overweight women shirking responsibility. Can't... read full comment

They don't deliver parcels when they say they will. I received an email saying my parcel was to be delivered 24th November and I'm still waiting 25th November.
