Only 1 till open between both genders with 2 cashiers making it a 25+ minute wait to check out with 1 item. Meanwhile, there's 2 staff making casual conversation by the door, 4 dancers outside and a DJ playing horrible music. I've never been somewhere that felt so understaffed with so many people on duty

Went in for a wedding suit and was served by the nicest person called Llewellyn. Honestly he was so helpful and I felt bad cos they were clearly understaffed and some sort of manager kept telling him to do the tills and I kept thinking why couldn't the manager do it. Just want a leave a shout out to one of the staff there called Jennifer!! What a credit she is to the store and so helpful. She was so polite and had so much patience with us.we ordered some clothes for our son and she was so helpful. All next should have nice staff like Jennifer was.
