Attended Lloyds in Bury today with my elderly disabled mum to show evidence of my stepdads death certificate and remove his name from the account. Queued up for 1/2 hour for the cashier (only 2 working) only to be told I had to join the other queue for help/advice as my account was inactive and they couldn't help. Only 1 person working at that desk and I'd still need to rejoin the other queue again to get my money. So gave up

I have to say, using this branch on a regular basis, that service in here is very slow. 3 cashier points but only 1 staff working dealing with a long queue of unhappy customers. Nothing changes. Poor service. All too much focus on doing everything online which will be the death knell for high street banks.
