Absolutely useless was rude in store when I ordered over £200 worth of stuff, no conformation of it being in store over a week later. Could not track my order said incorrect. rang the store over 50 times for 3 days no answer! Rang a different JD store who helped me and confirmed my order was actually at the store waiting... read full comment
