The website said 'open' yesterday so I trawled the 52 mile round trip only to find the place all shuttered up. I phoned him, couldn't get through. The man is grumpy on the phone and since the older man retired the business has gone down hill. I've bought two mattresses from them over the years, I won't be back.

Brilliant company to deal with both on the phone and e-mail. So helpful and knowledgeable. Now bought several orthosoft mattresses for us, my daughters and step daughters. Recommend 100%. Fantastic company to deal with and much cheaper than the competition.I was initially somewhat sceptical as the relaxsan mattress I was looking for was £60 cheaper here compared to everywhere else online and it seemed to good a price to be true.
