Great service from David Spruce. Purchased a pair of Lunar shoes last year which I have only worn on holiday. Unfortunately the elastic on the strap came away. Fabulous customer service. Returned some Geox shoes that were less than impressive after 3 months of wear, exchanged for Ricostta pair my daughter had last year that lasted 12 months and still look like new.
