I called into the store for a replacement grill for my BBQ. The guy on the BBQ section was absolutely awesome. He arranged for the grill to be ordered and delivered the next day. Spacious store located in a somewhat convenient location with a car park quite large, but like other B&Q some of the displayed products look old and a bit worn.

Had to return some excess items there was no problem at all even though I didn't have my receipt fantastic service. I did purchase some other items and ended up spending more than my refund lol
