manager very rude and degrading
made my girlfriend not want to shop at argos ever again.
she had a panic attack after leaving the shop after the verbal abuse she was party to by the manager.
thought you wanted to sell stuff to customers and it be a pleasant experience.
not so at this store.

My Son returned a still factory sealed MW 3 PlayStation 5 Bundle within the 14 day period.
The items seal was opened and checked for all content in store.
Thereafter being verbally abused by a member of staff just for wanting a refund and told the item couldn’t be refunded because of a mark on the instruction guide.... read full comment

Had to report to consumer rights today. Argos are terrible. I'd purchased a Samsung 50 inch TV in December 2021. This TV died two weeks ago and would not Come back on. Argos sent an engineer out to diagnose the fault, and it turns out its an internal failure due to manufactures and not my fault. But argos are only offering... read full comment
