If you use the NHS app to order and track prescriptions you know when the GP has approved and the request is then with the pharmacy, within 2-3 working days my prescriptions have always been processed and are ready for collection. For the second time in 3 prescription runs my prescription failed to reach the health centre, leaving me precariously short of medication and putting the onus on me to chase around and try to sort things out.
