Poor Smith's. There's just no point to them now. Their prices are higher on many items and it's now just somewhere to nip in to grab a quick drink because they have no queues compared to other shops. Went in to buy a christmas present and the price at the till was double, I said to the cashier its half price on the website. She said I had to prove it , this system is all wrong and needs to be altered from the head office

I went into their store yesterday evening and after half an hour when I went up to pay for the books. There was no one at store and the till ladies locked the whole store and I was locked inside. I was scared of what happened as there was no indication given of the store going to close while I was downstairs in the book... read full comment
