Visited the Middlebrook outlet on Sunday 15/08/24 @10:30. The staff yet again never fail to be abrupt and ignorant to serve you! This has been however many times I have been and to be honest I am annouyed that theres no customer service from ypur staff there!

Terrible service at Starbucks Horwich. My cortado was served in the most careless way, splashing it all over the saucer and no usual froth on top. This is happening for the second time, so will be changing to Costa next time

Came in to this Starbucks today. Was very quiet, but also relaxing and chilled out. Was served by girl with bright red hair. She was extremely friendly, polite and helpful.
