Appalling service. Went to fill up at 22:15 today in my blue Audi A4 and the cashier would not authorise the sale. I was at the closest pump to the shop which had v power diesel. This station has probably had over £50,000 of my business in the last decade. Definitely won’t be using again.

One of the worst shell garages i have been too the cashier was very rude and disrespectful towards me also enters wrong registration details on my fuel card
