Worse customer service, went to obtain bank statement and was a nightmare

I am disabled and forced to go to my branch in order to release my money and show id. They won't allow me to use email to send evidence. So I will have to risk it using my walking frame to attend branch.. This does not happen with my bank or other financial services who will allow me to carry out all this over the phone...

I'd have left zero stars if I could. Absolute disgrace. All the local branches closed so had the misfortune to travel here and wait 45 mins with 20+ other customers to be seen by the single member of staff on the counter. Balance now transferred out to First Direct.
