A woman called Ella works here, thinks it’s OK to speak to older women (old enough to be her mum) terribly, rush them and refuse to serve them if they take too long. Brilliant 1st visit …What a pleasure it was to-day , to be greeted with a smiling, friendly member of staff who helped me complete my Digital Check & Send Passport renewal , all done painlessly within minutes ?????
