Tricky parcels to be sent but they explained the whole process and were incredible patient and helpful! Amazing local service

Absolutely terrible customer service always rude and make you feel they are giving you a favour by serving you. Younger guy needs to learn some customer service skills. He just sits there with i dont care attitude.

Terrible customer service. Never open during so-called opening hours. Waited 20 mins outside for it to open, Fri 1st December 2023 from 12:56 hrs - no signs of life. Seven customers waiting before giving up. Pathetic. Use any other Post Office than this one.
