Good experience at this post office, I had multiple large letters and few larger items to send and all done with a friendly lady behind the counter. No queue attended at 12.45

I paid for a tracking service and could see the item was not being delivered. Kept being told only after 10 days can they do something. Went there again (after 10 days) and was told that there wasn't anything they could do and my item might be lost. The only thing I can do is send a refund form, even though you can clearly...
