Went in to O2 Bolton Today to upgrade mine and my partners phone from Samsung S23 Ultra to Samsung S24 Ultra and we were served by a lad called Mo.Polite and friendly staff, Excellent customer service from Mo, Fantastic product knowledge from Mo and Really excellent customer service, Highly impressed and we highly recommend.5☆
