Do not trust this company. I sent my Xbox Series X in December 2023 using their pre-paid Royal Mail returns service. My package got lost and they had all the evidence of this. I somehow managed to get in contact with them and they told me they would honour the quote they originally gave me for my item as they could claim...

Sent my xbox and then was ignored I have tried the number but is always going to voice mail have emailed and no reply and have tried on Instagram and still nothing this is from the 26th June.SCAM COMPANY
