Poor customer service the male staff on today were very uninterested in helping out with a query I had about phone use aboard more intrested play on their phones so head to Bury ee shop every helpful there and changed my land line and Internet with them at bury .pity manager wasn't in today to see what staff is like .

Took my phone here 4 Repair only to be told that my Warranty was void because of 2 hairline scratches on the screen. Drove up all the way from Manchester and it was a complete waste of time! The young Male I dealt with was useless, no help at all and rude. All because EE wanted over £400 for a repair! Spoken 2 Samsung...
