Take ages to answer phone, many times it just rings out.Ridiculously slow service despite what appears to be multiple members of staff.Often many members are dealing with one customer whilst a queue is building.Have repeat prescriptions of basic items which 50% of the time are not in or ready when even when ring in advance... read full comment

Every month I have issues with my prescription. Despite the fact it has been my pharmacy for over ten years. They always blame the doctor. My prescription is on repeat, so how can they get it wrong every month.
