staff are a bit ignorant. feel like a problem to them being there rather than being able to relax. Especially the staff member with black hair in a high pony. Not loving her attitude xoxo

Favourite costa in Bolton staff are so friendly and happy. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them.

I visited this store today and the service was not very good. The manager on duty today was not very professional as she said to a work colleague" I'm fed fed up with that woman staring". Referring to me. Witch I found not very professional.
