Absolutely waste of time they full of promises but can't deliver bad attitude would not recommend them to anyone not worth the stress

As mums medication changes they never seem to get her updated medication organised, once again my mum has now been waiting for 3 days for her new medication, at 89 yrs old with vascular dementia she has not slept for 3 nights, she is distressed and this could cause her to fall once again! Not happy at all.
