Don't bother.\\n\\nOrdered a bedroom set at the beginning of July. Was promised delivery at the end of the month. I rang up a few days before and was assured it was still going ahead. Had the mattress around 12 months and areas of it sank. An engineer came out and complied a report, to be told it is not a manufacturers fault! Avoid making my mistake and do not buy from this company.Bensons are avoiding taking ownership or responsibility of the product they sold. Tried multiple avenues for a resolution... read full comment
