We went to get a student account, a lady was helping us and took us upstairs to get identified and we gave her passport, proof of location basically everything. In a small queue for 30 minutes. Only one kiosk open but 3-4 staff members sat chatting amongst themselves and one of them was scrolling on their phone. Needs a second kiosk set up for someone to jump on when a queue is moving slowly.
