“Bolton's Nationwide branch has recently moved from Newport Street to their current site in Deansgate, and consequently they now enjoy very pleasant, newly-refurbished premises right in the middle of town. We've held a children's savings account with them for over 5 years now and have no complaints: they've been very efficient, friendly and helpful over the 5-year period and we would not fault their customer service. At the time of writing the interest rate on the account we have with them isn't the best on the market (although it has been consistently good up till now) -- but if they have the right financial product for you we can certainly recommend this particular branch.”

“Great but the self scanners need to be replaced by the staff it’s always empty I always have to go to customer service who tell me to go tell the staff at self checkout to put the scanners back on the stations which is annoying”

“There are two cash machines ( ATM) outside of branch which you can pay mony (cash or check) into your Bank account (as well as withdraw money and other functions) in any time or any days. This is a very good opportunity if you don't have money into your account or your mobile bank (from this bank or other bank) temporary doesn't work then you can pay cash into your account or take out cash (withdraw) money from another bank account and pay by cash to this bank account. Usually 'Pay in' works in any time and any days. You don't need to wait for branch opening in case of emergency like midnight or bank holiday. That's amazing !! Some of the other banks may have this ability but in this town only this bank and branch support Pay in with exterior cash machine.”

“I enjoy all Asda stores around Bolton and wish we had one in little lever , only problem for me is that the plants outside are poorly looked after , a lot of the problem for me lies with the watering of the plants particularly with the bedding plants I'm sure Asda are aware of this due to the waste levels ( dead plants ) why not introduce a course on caring for them or just a guide attached to the Dutch trolley which would also assist the customers ?????”

“Certainly one of the better services running in the country. It's spacious, clean, well stocked and offers big names like Starbucks and Burger King. It's just a shame the toilets are left in a state of disrepair half the time.”

“Car wash is very good to use. Hoover pipe is small to take a lot of rubbish all at once. It would be nice to have the car wash covered so when it rains you dont get wet cleaning your car.”

“Quit a popular service station, so much so that the fuel delivery is quite regular guarantees that the fuel is fresh and having a higher level of octane (been in the automotive industry for 20 years so know my stuff). Prices are also reasonable may not be the cheapest prices in Bolton but sometimes it's not about the money. ”

“Typical shell station, Its on the expensive side but it always has gloves, tissues window wipers and water at the pumps. Accepts shell mobile app. Clean and tidy, polite staff. HGV and truck Lane, has water and air machine. This station sells kindling, wood and charcoal. Stocks a range of fresh sandwiches and has a Costa coffee self serve machine. Free ATM available and all the basic car items like oil, antifreeze etc.. The forecourt has space to park up and give your car some attention.”

“I am so used to petrol stations being tiny places where you can barely move around because there is a queue of people waiting to pay for their petrol. This is definitely not one of those. Even from the outside you can see that this petrol station is quite nice. We stopped to get some snacks on the way to the park. It was very convenient as it has a bit more than the average petrol station as well as a Subway. I like that more petrol stations are offering options like Subway... just because it is a convenience store, doesn't mean I want to eat burgers and chips all the time. And if you don't want Subway, you can pick up other sandwiches, veg, and fruit. All of it looked quite fresh and enticing! In addition, they offer Costa Coffee and a small selection of bakery items. And as we were waiting in the queue at Subway, we were able to connect to the free WiFi. When it is busy, finding parking if you are not filling up can be a bit tricky, but I find that to be a problem at most petrol stations. Overall, it is a really nice petrol station and I wish it were closer to us so it could be our usual petrol station.”
