Just stood in a queue for almost 30 mins with a large box to send via Parcelforce, counter assistants saw me in the queue with the box. Get to the front only for them to tell me the 1.6m long but less than 2kg box was too big for Parcelforce... the same Parcelforce that delivered an XL Mountain Bike weighing 22 kg to me... read full comment

Applied for passports.The lady that dealt with us was great.Really helpful.We got the passports back in twelve days!Great service from post office staff.These post offices must never be taken off our high streets.

The staff here are amazing ,, so much knowledge needed to supply so many different services and it’s a demanding job that must be stressful.However there is usually ,, mostly just one member of staff servicing large queues and if you get stuck behind somebody with a query ??
