No refrigerator working. All sandwiches are warm.staff not bothered. The sandwich I took to the till was warm she just threw it away..place needs shutting

Absolute waste of time, staff are so rude and don’t know the rules. Made me wait 10 minutes to verify Bulgarian ID which I’ve used for over 4 years no problem, even had passport and driving liscene photo with same name date everything. ID I’ve used at the airport, other shops and DVLA. Waited 10 minutes just for them... read full comment

My partner bought cookies from here so we could eat them at home. Little did she know I had already bought cookies the day before when she was out gallivanting in Manchester whilst I looked after 2 full children. What an absolute waste of ?
