0 stars if there was an option- the staff are so rude and lazy! Never had a pleasant experience and have now changed my nominated chemist due to this. Never have my prescriptions in time, even after waiting 3 days for them to process it. You can clearly see the negligence

Rude and just extremely unpleasant staff who are act like it’s a chore to rectify a simple mistake. If i could give it 0 stars i would. Horrible customer service

Hopeless, unhelpful and rude.I called them but they were having a loud chat about their personal life and said they couldn't hear me.So I went to the pharmacy, they were unhelpful and took a long time.Replace the staff.
