Went in there on Tuesday at around 2pm. The staff on shift at that time were absolutely lovely. Best customer service I've had in a while!

We decided to place our child trust fund into this bank however trying to take the money out is a real hassle even though we took a passport the savings book 3 proofs off address it wasn't sufficient we even gave them a bank statement stamped by the bank and that wasn't enough don't bother with this bank they really can't... read full comment
