Awful experience and I really don't know why I still bank there. I attended branch on 20 July 2023. I was served by a lovely young new member of staff. My dissatisfaction arises from the older lady sat next to her. I found her manner completely rude, firstly to the old lady she was serving who was struggling to understand...

Why are your hours shorter than most other banks in the same area I called to pay in a cheque branch was closed machine outside would not accept cheque so have to make another trip to pay it in at the others in the surrounding area were all open???
