So yesterday I went to the post office to post something some and the asian lady who was working was very rude throughout. I was shocked her behaviour was totally wrong.

Not a very friendly staff. I was told my parcel is medium size, postage seemed to be higher than I usually pay. So I checked the guide online later that day and my parcel is actually only a small one. Rip off

The staff always offer you 1st class...You pay for a 1st class mail...and doesn't arrive at all...and is not tracking at all...No help from no one of the staff ...The only help they can offer you is call office....Really disappointing....
