Did the drive through we were sat in the parking bay for 20 minutes while other people after us got there when we got the food it was a plain burger asked for a ham burger which normally comes with onions and sauces. service was terrible

Short of staff, many items unavailable, staff unable to cope when busy. Management seemed clueless. Over 32 minutes to receive the food, food was cold . Customers frustrated and complaining. Customer service wasn't the priority here ?

Standard mcdonalds pain in the but having to go round building to get out as you have problems getting past drive through customers.
