Just like nationwide building society ask could I switch back account with them said they would phone me not thanks Halifax your customer service is a joke ?

Michelle on the front desk was incredibly helpful and patient when I hadn't been able to get an issue sorted via telephone - Miss Marple had nothing on her. She kept me informed every step of the way so that I knew what was going on. Thank you
