Tried ringing multiple times, on multiple occasions, the phone never gets picked up, and when you try and ring again the line is busy. Why give the option to ring if no one answers?

I am really disappointed in the service tonight. We had gone to 4 different chemist looking for the 'chemist 1st scheme'. All 4 chemists had issues with log in not working, waiting for cert, locum etc and then we got to asda ashton at 20:50 (they close at 21:00) Spoke to pharmacist and she said the consultation takes 15... read full comment
