Took a 6 month old coat to be dry cleaned and it came back damaged. I called into the launderette to show the lady there and she said she'd get the owner to call me back. He didn't. We use this launderette to wash and dry our bedding as we don't have space at home. It's supposed to open at 8am. The person opening up is always late.
