Went to Altrincham store, has issue with sim swap for the past 4 days with this network. spoke to someone called Dean, extremely abrupt didn't want to listen to the issue, very unpleasant to deal with, been a Vodaphone customer for 8 years and have 3 contracts with them. I am visited Saturday between 3 to 4.30 the person was very rude and disrespectful very bad customer service
