Rude staff at the till, couldn't be more miserable if she tried. Don't scowl at your customers who pay your wages!

Very poor customer care. Bought shorts walked to car and realised they were marked went straight back in to ask for an exchange we're told as we had left the store not possible . Asked to speak to Manager who did exchange them then said could not return them . Should they not fit when we got home. Will never shop or recommend... read full comment

Staff can’t read or write. Ordered online twice and twice got the wrong size. Oh and you can’t return an item in store that you ordered for click and collect. Where is the 0 star option?
