No post for weeks. When collecting in person, staff are often rude, automatically assuming you are going to complain. Legitimate concerns about missing birthday gifts, cash, parcels and bank cards were met with a shrug of the shoulders and a point to a phone number to contact. Regular post doesn't happen. Once a week if we're lucky. Ten days with nothing recently. When I rang I was told the delivery office had had a large influx of mail. Well I wonder why that could be? A gift to online greeting cards.
