Terrible experience - have to wait 3 weeks for an appointment to make a change to an account.

Closed my account with no communication and lied over the phone saying I owe them money which they then said wasn't true. The guy Ahmed that dealt with me was horrible as well, constantly made me feel like it was my fault, honestly the worst bank I've ever gone to.
