Very bad experience today I bought an online shop on the 6th which was ok. Biggest downfall is some of the staffs. Group of staff was chatting away for 5 minutes and every single one made eye contact with me knowing full well I was waiting but still proceed to have their conversation. Happen again at self check out. Asked for a carrier bag, staff went off to get one then proceed to have a chat... read full comment
