The only reason I have given this one star is due to there being no other alternative.

Do not return parcels here. Once, they wouldn’t accept the parcel due to technical problems. Ok, fine. The next time they tried to refuse the parcel due its size so I needed to repackage it (they didn’t suggest this solution, just seemed like they wanted me out the shop despite driving out of my way to get there & this... read full comment
