The same older gent serves me every time and I’m returning 2-3 packages a time. Honestly never had any issues myself. I put the parcel on the scale and he gives me the sticker and the receipt. Nothing for me to complain about.

I went in 16:45 to be told they close 16:30 in the week, despite saying 17:00 everywhere online including post office website. He have no idea about the forbidden items and he just refuse to take parcels on his own willing. Used other postoffice without any problems.
