I have requested redelivery off two packages but only got one. I did ask for it to be left at safe place but they didn't. Then I had to ask to collect from West Wickham collection then being told its in WHM.

Checked the opening times - went there - closed. This has happened on multiple occasions throughout my time of living in west wickham - very poor service

Opening times on their website used to be incorrect but they’ve corrected the error. Went to get my parcel but didn’t have an ID on me but the gentleman was so kind and gave me other options to verify my identity. The workers are actually very polite even though it’s a very small depot
