My brother was racially profiled in the M&S West Wickham store yesterday afternoon. He was asked to leave by store manager Ruth for no valid reason. A young black man should not have to worry being followed around your store simply because he was reading one of your open magazines. We will be filing a formal complaint.... read full comment
