I just want to say that I had a fantastic customer service experience today from Levi. I had a flat tyre and I must admit that Kwik Fit wasn't my first point of call, but Levi was the only person willing to help and he went the extra mile to get my car back on the road again. I arrived with a screw in a run-flat tyre. We'd already notified Levi the manager that we were coming and he ordered the new tyre prior to my arrival.The overall service I received from start to finish was exemplary.
