Went in to disabled toilet, Gentlemen such as myself have to lift the seat when urinating. The seat would not stay up and was biased down. That is a nuisance and reflects the poor standard of installation.. I hope it can be rectified .

I won’t be ordering from here ever again.. twice. Now my hot chocolate don’t taste like hot chocolate just milk!!!. Wasted money ????????????also every drink comes spilled out in the bag!!!! ??? they take no care with packaging the products! Very bad
