The people who work in the customer collection point are first class. They all wear Covid masks, check your ID and hand over your parcel with little or no fuss. Their opening hours are extensive (7 days a week) and there's almost nothing they could improve on.

Deliver drivers not incentivised to deliver, they won't event leave a ticket. Very poor service.
