I'm surprised about some of the negative comments on here because personally I only ever had positive experiences at this post office. Especially the fact that there are hardly ever queues! I’ll speak for myself. I went to collect my brp here and the staff was very helpful and polite. After a quick verification, I was off with my card. May have spent only a few minutes in the office.
