Watch out for this Royal Mail service. I had a bottle of vodka sent from Australia as a special gift and went to collect from West Ealing Delivery Office. The only thing that Royal Mail can deliver is junk mail or unnecessary posts and we tried to deliver but no-one was at home when we are at home. Am tiered of going to their depot to collect after i have arranged a delivery and lastly cleaning their rubbish the bring into my house.

Why does the Royal Mail still have the Royal part when it's a privately owned by Czech billionaire.
